We regularly negotiate business sale and purchases, mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, joint ventures, partnerships and limited partnerships.We draft a wide range of contracts and agreements for business clients, including restructuring and staff incentivised share option plans.

Our depth of experience in all facets of legal practice enable us to assimilate information and analyse legal problems in order to provide a practical cost effective solution. We enjoy nothing more than brainstorming complex legal problems to provide an acceptable solution. We find that a combination of legal knowledge and common sense often provides the best result.
ESTATE PLANNING INCLUDING TRUST WILLS & PROBATE
Trust law is extremely complex. We act for more than two hundred family trusts and are very experienced in Trust formation, administration (including reviews) and legal compliance. We believe every client should have a will and ensure that the estate plan is tailored to specific circumstances. We prepare both general and enduring powers of attorney to protect the elderly.
COMMERCIAL LEASING
We act for many landlords and tenants and are involved in all aspects of commercial leasing. There are now very strict rules which must be followed providing protection to both landlords and tenants. Our specialists are very familiar with this legislation.
RELATIONSHIP
PROPERTY
We provide a full range of services including pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, property sharing agreements and resolution of relationship property disputes.
LITIGATION
We have many years experience in dealing with all areas of litigation. After an initial in-house evaluation we find it cost effective for our clients to brief our complex matters to a range of specialist barristers who are engaged tailored to each specific case. We liase between the client and the barrister to ensure there are no surprises and that our clients are satisfied.
TAX
Although we always require a client to obtain separate accounting advice we have a good knowledge of current tax law as it applies to property and business transactions including GST.
